Event Description:
20th Annual Fair to benefit the programs of the Montana Military Museum established in 1984. This is Helena Area' Area's oldest, continuous Wine tasting serving up over 80 fine wines, food, music and a silent Auction and the Wine Wall. Over the past 19 years the Wine Fair has raised $150,000 to allow MMM to move forward with historical exhibits chronicling Montana's rich military heritage from 1805 to the present. Exhibits include Montana's territorial history and participation in the conflicts that have involved the State and Nation from the Spanish American War 1898-99, the American Expedition protect our Southwest from incursions of Poncho Villa 1916; World War I 1917-o19; World War II 1939-46, The Cold Wars ti include Korean Conflict 1950-53; the Brushfire wars, the Vietnam Conflict 1959-1975; The Gulf Wars Desert Shield and Desert Storm 1990-1991; Operations Other than War 1991-2001;and the current Global War on Terror 2001 to the present.

Fees/Admission:
Tickets are $20.00 in advance and include a commemorative wine glass or $25.00 at the door. Tickets are available at the Montana Military Museum open on Thursdays or by appointment 324-3550; the first interstate Bank all locations; The Pan Handler; Leslie Hallmark locations; The Staggering Ox or from the many volunteers.
