Wisdom Wednesday "Online Reputation Management: How to Build the Reputation YOU Want"
Reputation Management is identified as the practice of attempting to shape public perception of a person or organization by influencing online information about that person or business. A digital presence has become the front lines of reputation management and in this session, you will learn:
- The process and tools to use for positioning, monitoring, and measuring your reputation in both quiet and crisis times
- Evaluate approaches to reputation management and use digital and traditional platforms to meet organizational goals
- Integrate principles in the creation of a reputation management plan
- How to evaluate the global impact of social media, marketing communications and public relations on effective reputation management
Alana Cunningham is a Chicago native, joined the Helena Chamber of Commerce in December 2016. She graduated from Carroll College in May 2015 with a B.A. in Social Media Communications and English Writing and is currently pursuing a Masters in Communication Management with a focus in Public Relations and a certificate in Marketing Communications from the University of Denver. On top of working full-time and working on her M.A. she runs two small businesses; Media Marketing Solutions and Alana Rose Photography. Montana has been my home since she stepped foot on Carroll College's campus in August 2011, and couldn't imagine a better place to live!
